Mr. Peltier is a software engineer with over 30 years’ experience. His professional interests have gravitated around the development of enabling systems for home entertainment and he has a significant body of programming work in graphical user interfaces, animation techniques, and special effects, both real time and offline. His work has been featured in film and television including Honey I Shrunk the Kids and Alley McBeal. Mr. Peltier is skilled in data recovery and fault testing. He has authored more than a dozen technical manual and user manuals. Mr. Peltier is a published author of a series of science fiction books. He served in the US Air Force. He has worked for Boeing Military Aircraft Company, Garrett Pneumatic Systems Division, Sperry Defense Product Group, and Dreimind Corporation. He has been a researcher in the University of Arizona Lowell Institute for Mineral Resources developing serious games for mine safety training and wrote the code for the LearnSAFE® platform.
